Working alongside local people we help develop their strengths, build skills and open up routes to training and qualifications for those that want to develop activities for children &n young people
We create change. It may start with children’s activities but ends with stronger, more resilient communities.
Due to increased popularity and success of CUP we wish to appoint a:
Community Volunteer Engagement Worker
- Salary: £28,000 (30 hours pro rata)
This post is initially funded until end of March 2019
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic person who will be integral to the running of the day-to-day operations and development of the organisation.
Reporting directly to the Project Director you will be focused, enthusiastic and a true team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
You will have experience in working in communities, recruiting and engaging volunteers from local communities, volunteer management and monitoring performance management systems.
The post will require some evening & weekend work.
